Shipping and Returns Policy

This Shipping and Returns Policy describes how shipping and returns are conducted by The Shed Coffee Corp when you purchase from koolbrewcoffee.com.

 

1. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If the product(s) are not in stock at the time of your purchase, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order. We make refunds using the payment method used to place the order.

 

2. Delivery 

Products offered on our website are only available for delivery in Canada. We are currently not able to ship outside Canada. Delivery times depend on your region. Bank holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods may produce longer delivery times. Your Koolbrew will be shipped with care no matter where you reside. However, we do not guarantee that delivery will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. 

 

3. Winter Notice 

Our product is a liquid and can sometimes freeze in transit. If you experience any damaged cans resulting from being frozen, please send a photo to hello@koolbrewcoffee.com. During periods of extreme cold, we may work with you to delay shipment until it is safer to send. 

 

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are only valid for defective products. If you receive a defective product, please contact us with your order number. We will quickly refund or exchange the product for you. We make refunds using the payment method used to place the order.

 

5. Errors and Omissions
